With the company Facebook page, I updated it as company news surfaced: all blog posts, new apps, media mentions, and related website content. For example, we posted an article on stress management which had been published on  webmd.com. We asked our followers if they liked the new interface on the Pranayama app, etc.

Our followers have grown to 278 on Facebook (as of 7/16/2011)

The other more recent addition was to put the lite version of the app on Facebook. This made our page much more dynamic and let members get a firsthand feel of our products.
